If you are not satisfied with your Willy Oil product, we will do our best to make you happy. While it is not our policy to issue refunds, please let us know your situation and we can exchange or replace for a Willy Oil product more to your liking. To communicate your situation, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product. We will respond quickly with instructions for how we will handle your request.
Shipping
Once you place an order, we will promptly ship out your order. For orders totaling $100 or more shipping by USPS First Class is free. Your shipping costs will be shown on the checkout page and depends on your order amount and what you are purchasing. For orders shipping to the "lower 48 states", typically you can expect $3.95 for orders totaling up to $50 and $6.95 for orders up to $99.99. Please double check the address that we will be shipping to prior to placing the order. By state law, we charge a 8.25% tax for orders going to a Texas address as we are located in Texas. Most of our orders will be shipped via USPS.
